HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 24

Supporting the construction of an exit to Shady Spring on
Interstate 64 in Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Whereas, An exit to Shady Spring would provide quicker access
for tourists and the general public to Shady Spring and the
surrounding area; and
Whereas, The necessity for this additional exit is becoming
more important as a result of residential and increased tourism
growth in the area; therefore, be it
Resolved by the House of Delegates:
That the construction of an exit at Shady Spring on
Interstate 64 in Raleigh County, West Virginia, is hereby
supported; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Clerk send a copy of this
resolution to the Governor and to the Secretary of
Transportation.
